I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I have been trying since April to get a stereo installed in my vehicle, and communication has been extremely poor. I was repeatedly told “next week” only for the installation to be pushed back again and again. It has now been over six weeks, and I still don’t have a clear timeline. Delays can happen, but what is frustrating is the lack of honest communication and follow-through. If the shop is too busy to take on the work, I would have appreciated being told that from the beginning instead of being continually strung along. Very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience.

Neil and his team at Auto Trim Design did a really nice job installing a new Katzkin leather interior in my Chevy Suburban. Neil is knowledgable, personable and I will be bringing my vehicle back for more work in the future. I highly recommend Auto Trim Design in Spokane Valley!

I just needed to have my audio system checked out, because I have 8speakers & a subwoofer, (but only 2 of the speakers where working.. So I was referred by the Acura dealership, my guy there told me (Auto Trim Design) does most of the audio stuff that Acura cannot do, & I'm very glad they sent me to the "GREAT GUYS OVER AT AUTO TRIM DESIGN" THEY FIXED/REPLACED ALL MY SPEAKERS & NOW MY ACURA TURBO IS SOUNDING AS GOOD AS IT DRIVES!! VERY HAPPY WITH HOW FAST & NICE THE STAFF WAS & I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! (These photos are my new Corvette) will be bringing it in next to get a banging system put in!!! I couldn't find any pics of my acura...

I cherish my Acura TL 2007. It’s a great car but because I lived in the heat of Texas my headliner started to fall and I wasn’t about to drive a Hooptie! Desperate, I was referred to Mark at Auto Trim Design by Mark at Auto Nation Acura. Mark at Aito Trim was Super helpful and gave me Huge great tips. I also mentioned my headlights were hazing and he had a fantastic product to help me with that. He stands behind his work. I no longer have the Hooptie and my TL is looking great! Thank you, Mark!

Mark at Auto Trim Design installed a moonroof, tinted windows and splash guards on my Suburu Legacy. I'm thrilled with the results. My favorite is the Moonroof. Highly recommend this business.
